Two
Technologies, Inc.? Takes Legal Action Against
Datalogic

- Two Technologies, Inc.? a leading manufacturer of
customizable, rugged hand held computer & terminal
products, filed a complaint on August 10, 2007 against
Datalogic S.p.A., Datalogic Automation, Inc., and Escort
Memory Systems in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,
Federal Court situated in Philadelphia, asserting
Trademark InfrinGEMent. The complaint
contends that Datalogic's use of the trademark "Jet" for
its line of industrial PDAs constitutes trademark
infrinGEMent and unfair competition. READ
